MegaSack DRAW - 6pm Christmas Eve - LIVE on our YouTube Channel
I know all prices are going up, but anywhere cheaper than CRC?
hehehe - Im looking too, but I want the bolt thrus...
perhaps if we offer to buy a couple of pairs we might get discount ?! 🙂
have you seen the bolt thrus anywhere? Im just looking through the SRAM site now...
These are what I'm after - but suspiciously not in stock and I bet when I mail them the price will have gone up!

CRC have bolt thrus I think - nope 120mm and out of stock
SRAM site doesnt even have pics. They just say 29" and Maxle lite options.
isnt ton selling a set of those?
I'm tempted by these

but have heard all 08 forks had a 'knocking' problem that has to be solved with an aftermarket kit. Also not sure of the offset (says 41 or 48mm?)
I think ton's were 08 with older offset (38mm)?
cant say Id ever pick manitou forks again.
4way SPV shock was good though.
TBH I never had a problem with the short offset, I gave my pair to a friend - hes still using them on a mamsita.
You're probably right. The 09 are meant to be stiffer as well though. Brant has 08's at £282 - might get them. I don't feel comfortable paying more than £300 for forks!
even on cambriabvike or jenson they dont give you a specification selection or any photos of the maxle lite 29er version. its frustrating - almost as if they dont yet exist...
aha, over at mark-anthony he has a pic

although a) its not white and b) is dual air the same as all travel for adjustment purposes?
a)white does look much nicer...
b)no idea (but white does look much nicer...)
