SRAM site doesnt even have pics. They just say 29" and Maxle lite options.

but have heard all 08 forks had a 'knocking' problem that has to be solved with an aftermarket kit. Also not sure of the offset (says 41 or 48mm?)

I think ton's were 08 with older offset (38mm)?

4way SPV shock was good though.

TBH I never had a problem with the short offset, I gave my pair to a friend - hes still using them on a mamsita.

You're probably right. The 09 are meant to be stiffer as well though. Brant has 08's at £282 - might get them. I don't feel comfortable paying more than £300 for forks!

even on cambriabvike or jenson they dont give you a specification selection or any photos of the maxle lite 29er version. its frustrating - almost as if they dont yet exist...

although a) its not white and b) is dual air the same as all travel for adjustment purposes?
