I was looking for some cheap brakes for my sister and something like this seems to work:

However, I don't think they come with rotors? Can anyone point me towards any cheap ones that do? I'm going for Shimano for much cheapness and reliability. Year of manufacture is unimportant - I've got some 06 Deores, which are still perfect.

Unless it says so specifically, then I'd assume not. Quick email to CRC should clear up any confusion I'd have thought, though
