Anyone know of any cheap deals for my commuter?  Rim brake 700c QR wheels as cheap as possible whilst still being functional.

I would look over at Woolly Hat Shop/bike parts uk for their M Part range.

Assume it’s 135mm on the back then these, likely need extra grease and cones adjusting before use.

https://www.merlincycles.com/merlin-ra-1-clincher-road-wheelset-700c-197280.html are £79 for the pair, plus you could use some loyalty points to take £5 off a £75-149 basket.

@molgrips

If you are near Matlock I've got a pair of wheels you can have FOC. They're Shimano 9sp hubs and Alex rims - they are white though! 🙂

It's a hybrid so the rear is 135 annoyingly. With Shimano hubs you can replace with a longer axle and add spacers but it's not ideal, the brakes don't line up very well.

@the-muffin-man thanks but I'm not 🙂
