[Closed] Changing 160mm rotor to 180mm

Thinking of buying a new wheel set for my Anthem. The new front wheel comes with a 180mm rotor and I'm currently running 160mm.
Obviously I could swap the rotors but if I kept the 180mm what would I need to do to the caliper to accommodate it? (XT caliper if it makes a difference).

Cheers in advance.

Just a different adapter between caliper and fork (you might not have one at all at the moment, if it's post mount)

OK, now I'm forced to ask another dumb question...... post mount or IS mount? What's the difference?
