hey guys, i,m just wondering if you can just change the oil on a Manitou Swinger 4 way coil shock with out having to go through all that bleeding the damper business? Is it just straight forward pour the old oil out, clean it and pour the new stuff in?
My shock feels very sticky, are all Manitou,s like this?
