I've got more 8 speed VS 9 speed questions...
Can I run an 8 speed chainset with a 9 speed setup? I've read that the internal width of all chains is 3/32, so the chain will physically sit on the chainrings. Presumably front shifting is less crisp as the chainrings should sit slightly closer together for narrow 9 speed chain?
