Really ****ed off. Just spent an hour and a half on CRC pricing up an order for a custom build.
Added everything to the cart...entered my address and all the products disappeared. Really bloody annoying.
Anyone else?
yup, tried to pay 5 times yesterday and it kept saying 'there was an error' or some such.
Used it this morning with no issues.
Edit: but that was paying through Paypal, where address is auto..
Delivery times seem to be my main gripe with CRC at the moment.....
They come within the time they 'say' they will come under free delivery, but I had gotten so used to ordering one day and fitting the next it just seems like a huge step backwards in customer service. The beauty/blight of CRC was that they could undercut the LBS and get the product to you within a day. In most cases faster than the LBS if they needed to order in.
