If a pair of revelation forks are changed from 150 to 130 travel, is the initial axle to crown shortened when fully extended? Or does it just stop them fully compressing?
Does this make sense?

yes it does make sense 🙂 , and yes shortening the travel by 20mm also shortens the axle-to crown height by 20mm.

Slight hijack, but I'm planning to shorten my Solo Air Sektors from 150 to 130mm. I've found the instructions online, but not quite sure if I need two 10mm spacers on each side, or just for the left leg? Cheers!

You only put the spacers in the left leg.
