Yeah, I know - I could have added to one the existing posts but wanted to start a positive one. Ordered a complete bike Friday lunchtime - complete impulse buy (aren't they all 😆 ) on the strength of the 10% online voucher (well it'd have been rude not to) and just got in from work to find the biggest box ever in my hallway . . .

. . . along with a cloth CRC helmet bag with energy gels, pedal spanner, multi tool, water bottle [b]and[/b] front and rear lights. 😛

Top service CRC and indeed Parcelforce for the super-quick delivery!

It's an '09 Kona Shonky. Pretty good spec for the money - hollowtech BB, disc hubs, Maxxis tyres and reckon it weighs less than my BMX.

I also have huge praise for CRC.
After buying a new bike, and it subsequently breaking after 2 weeks, they offered me a refund or an additional discount off another bike.
Unexpected freebies, and helpful staff who actually seem to give a toss.
Result.
