Im converting my bike from 3 x 10 deore set up to a new 2 x 10 slx set up with the new slx double specific chainset.
I was wondering how I get the correct chain length ??
Can I just use the length of the 3 x 10 one I am taking off or will it need to be shorter or longer?

Same technique. Wrap it around the big big combo missing the mechs. Then add a pair for the mech. Check chain "growth" if it's a full suspension bike.
