Is there anything available for 28t front - ISCG05 or S3 mount ideally - that is cheaper than MRP MICRO or AMG?

Ok so I have now seen an Ethirteen XCX+ that is supposedly 28-36, but it isn't shown on the Ethirteen website
Anyone know about this one?
