Need to take the seals of my Ceramic BB bearings as one of them appears to be running dry. What kind of grease/lube is appropriate here for ceramics ?
I have here the Finish Line Teflon premium stuff. But im reading some Ceramics use just a light oil ?
It's a SSC BB btw.
