I’ve got the CCDB coil with the pedal lever
On the Gold dials for HSC/HSR there is a marker (dot on one side and 0.0 on the opposite side)
Do these markers line up with a specific point on the body to measure turns from?

They just visually line up with whatever you want. They work in full 360 turns as you say, so long as you can do a full turn of the Allen key it's easy to keep track of. If the frame design restricts it then it's a bit harder.
Cheers, just trying to line it up to “fully open” without winding it off. I hear this can happen
Also, just noticed the LSC only has 18 clicks but supposed to have 25?

There is a snap ring to stop the high speed adjusters undoing. You can see it, and would have to go pretty hard to rip it out!
