Anyone know a) how thick [url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=25138&gclid=CPTMus2xqrICFYYTfAodsmkAsQ ]CB shoe shields[/url] are, and b) whether they'll work with Time ATAC cleats?
Need some new shoes and am keen to avoid the TIME retention bars grinding grooves in the soles (again).

About 0.5mm. Yes.
Tempting to write something totally different to Bike Radar, but most people wouldn't realise and I'd look silly 😉
