We abandoned going for a walk today in favour of lunch at the fox house.
Considering the state of some people who walked in later on it was the right decision

Where is the Cavedale descent please?

It's part of the Limestone Way (if I've got that right). It comes in from Perryfoot and goes down the side of the castle into Castleton.
I much prefer Dirtlow Rake, Pindale and the cement works singletrack even though that means a few miles road ride back to Hope.
Nice video though

barca is correct. The top section to the gate is fun, then you go though the gate and it gets very technical! Thanks for the comments guys

Thanks Matt. I also love that Hollins Cross/Edale decent. Quite a mixture i find, from nice drops/rocks, to fast grassy banks etc...
