What’s your thoughts on this guys? Looking at the reviews most people seem to think so.

I think it's fair to say Castelli is "snug". That said, I take small, same as in any other makes. Mind you my waist size is less than my chest size.

I’m the same in Castelli shorts and jerseys as I am in Assos. Both brands have a wide variety of fits within their ranges though.

I’m a small in most including Castelli. OTOH they sizing on their shorts made no sense when I tried them, even medium didn’t feel good but large would’ve been silly 🤷‍♂️

I bought one of https://www.merlincycles.com/castelli-giro-102-bologna-cycling-jersey-173778.html for £37.50 recently, I'm ~38" chest, the medium is a good snug fit.

There's one or two other designs there at similar price I quite like, I keep thinking about ordering another.

6ft and 32 waist 39 inch chest. I have a large jersey which just fits but is very snug. It is race fit though (SS midweight,)

Also have 3/4 nano flex bibs in XL and they are very comfortable.

They are very tight indeed. I'm an average sized 6' bloke and XXL is a snug fit on me. Definitely try before you buy.
