When installing a headset in to a carbon frame? Cheers folks

depends if you ever want to get it out again & if your headset cups will interface with carbon, or if the frame has aluminium inserts to accept your cups.
I find it great stuff actually all over - I use it on seatposts regardless of post & frame material - never had a sticky seatpost since! I also use it on bar clamps.
