..to grease or not to grease that is the question!

never having owned either before i don't know the best practice.

Carbon paste - adds friction meaning less torque required.

Cheers, where do i buy such stuff?
Mind you i only weigh 9 stone so not that great a torque required.

Carbon paste, not normal grease as it could absorb it, swell up and then you'll be sorry! ๐Ÿ™

Have a Google, there are loads of options. Tacx do big tubes if you need a lot. Ritchey call it 'liquid torque' or some such nonsense but do little sachets if all you need is a little bit for a single seatpost.
