[Closed] Carbon Epic Owners - Question

Got an 07 frame c/w new BB & Chainset (Truvativ / SRAM GXP thingy) !

I have just refitted the rear shock, so have hand tightened (well tightened the **** out of the large carbon hinge bolt, ignoring the torque setting).

Two rides in, have that horrible Bottom Bracket cracking noise and feel when under load, on both rides, almost constantly.

Has anyone else had this ?

Have i just overtightened the Nut (it does have a very specific torque setting printed on) or am i looking for a crack in the BB shell.

I haven't done the latter, but the frame does have the obligatory paint off and some "chewing" around the shell.
