You'll ken it's you from the title. Hope stitches weren't required, might get a plank over that bit next week.

Bunnyhopping pleasure next time!

Hiked-a-bike up from carpark with me, then -needs must- had to turn and head back down( planned to shoot off through woods) but on the right embankment he was zipping down beyond the digger & went full splat into a peaty ditch.

Pressure worked wonders, but i would've been particularly concerned with the fleshy flap & perhaps bone visibility. No shock or panic and we carried on riding together into Colinton village.

BLOOD!

Though he might've missed his deadline for being home to cut the grass at 6.30, so i'm unsure which will cause more grievance!

Grass cut, lots of scrubbing of leg. Wine seems to be making the pain go away ๐Ÿ™‚
Cheers for the help and chum down the hill and to the three folk with med kit further down.
Note to self: stick to sensible places like tour de ben nevis ๐Ÿ™‚

PS. Nice new ditch to watch out for down Puke Hill - the wee bit that had a green mat is now a decently wide ditch. Open my eyes next time ๐Ÿ™‚

"THE FRAME"!

"your leg has a trapdoor"

Positions shiny carbon carefully before using a sock as a tourniquet and boosting off with admirable pace

Wonder how that boys wrist was?
Bad Karma for being sans helmet.

He with the elevated arm couldn't walk in a straight line, it's a long walk to help.

Who needs what done in order to green mat our culpable ravine of today?

If anyone's following this lot so far, advice & that..i'm happy to help.
