Have just switched from Zwift to Rouvy for a change. Can get it all to work easily enough on my android, but when I login into laptop I cannot get the app to pick up the smart trainer. I have windows 11 laptop with necessary specs. Have turned off blue tooth on phone to avoid pairing with that - but I cannot get laptop to pick up the trainer at all. Would like to run from laptop to connect to bigger screen. Any advice. Zwift ran just fine fyi.
Have you tried using a USB ANT stick and have you recently updated the firmware on your trainer?
I had to buy an ANT+ USB stick in order to use my laptop with Rouvy. (Had previously used an iPhone and that had ANT+ connectivity, but my old Windows 10 laptop doesn't have it built in).
I run Rouvy on a Windows 10 surface pro and connect to my Wattbike Atom via Bluetooth. No ANT+ required. What trainer do you have ?
As above, when got new laptop with W11 had same issue. Got Ant+ dongle and updated drivers.

I have W11 with wahoo kickr core trainer - the rouvy app does not pick up the HR either
my android phone works with the app and connects to everything instantly, which I reverted to yesterday after spending over 2 hrs trying to get laptop to work!
