If I go on a Sunday will I regret it? Never been but am passing by there in a couple of weeks but will give it a miss if it is going to be rammed.
No you'll be fine. Everyone's friendly and it never gets [i]that[/i] busy, besides you can only fit one bike down singletrack at the same time, just keep an eye out behind you. I like riding behind people that are potentially faster, makes me faster to chase them down. Cannock's my local trail park, drop me an email when you go if you want some company, hopefully I'll have a dropper post fitted by then 😉
I went last Saturday at 10am, thinking it was going to be rammed. It wasn't.
Yo yo'd round with the same 5/6 riders, but trails were pretty much empty.
No large groups, congregating at every turn, tutting at my daring to ride being of rotund stature. Was busier when I got back to B.V, but a lot of the folk don't go anywhere near the trails.
Trail wise, the whole of the FtD is open. If you add on the longer Monkey Trail loop, Lower Cliff (best bit of all), is sadly still shut.
