thinking of building a on-one sspeed up for the winter,but i can buy this genesis io for £550 which would you go for and why?

Have you got a spare bike hanging around - then SS it for the cost of a cog, spacers and tensioner. Or buy a cheap second-hand bike and SS it.

The Genesis is a great 26" bike.
If you go for an On-One get a 29er.
