I have the yellow blocks but not sure what to do.
Any tips would be great.

Hold the yellow blocks with mole grips. Be gentle!

as above, I used a pair of plumbers pliers nice and easy if you do it right no need to bleed either

Shortened mine last night. No bleed needed.
Just grip the hose tight and gently tap the insert home.
No drama
