Hi ,
Is it true that every time you open up a Fox Rp23 for servicing that you must replace the Quad rings aka the body seal with a brand new one ?
Ive been riding in a particularly wet winter and I'd like to give the shock a freshening up . I reckon the seals are fine and would just like to give it a clean and re lube .
However a few of the how to websites ive looked at seem to say that this particular seal has to be replaced new every time the shock is opened ?

No need to replace seal if just doing a sir can service. Have done it manys a time no issues
