yes, I assume they're not talas so you will need to take them apart and swap the spacers around. There's a good guide in the manual

You can adjust travel on earlier models. From 2007 (140 mm travel) onwards they're fixed I'm afraid.

You can if you're not afraid to cut the spring... a mate shortened his 36's.

Cutting the spring will affect the spring rate, raising it i.e making it stiffer due.
Also after having cut the spring the end needs to be made flat.
Some Titanium ones were done for 36's when I was at Mojo using the springs from the Mojo X1 usd dh fork. It was a bit of a faff TBH.

Bugger they are 140's.

They are on my Summer Season and i know its only 10mm but on real steep ups i don't always clean em.
