And it's back to front.
I do occasionally ride with someone who has more exposed seatpost than the frame has seat tube, but her bike looks to be a spot on fit.
(you know who you are, 😉 )

No seatclamp
Seatpost on backwards
No front brake
Rear brake hose wrapped round the TT too short to turn the bars.
Obviously well set up and maintained, what could possibly go wrong?

chain tension looks a bit on the slack side with no means of adjustment either...
