That appears to be a plonker who has squeezed into a child sized wulfsport Motocross armour, a really old unfastened sixsixone comp (iirc), a pair of machine marts finest safety glasses. Of the whole ensemble, the grey vest may well be the only thing obtainable today.

No one got any ideas about the body armour, it's obviously a fox one but I can't find a similar looking one on google images?
