I'm looking for a new carbon frame and like this. I doubt that Heller are making it themselves but having searched the internet I can't locate a chinese manufacturer that's turning this frame out. It's got a dropped chainstay dive side.

That chainring looks very close to the chainstay and the head angle looks a bit steep. Although the front wheel is a bit lower I guess.
