I've tried everywhere I can think of, from Vermarc through Campitello, and in VanEycksport, plus looking on the web for Leeuw Vlaanderen hoed and so on.

I think you need a trip away, preferably when the Ronde is on....

You probably know but the colour of the claws is significant. We were on the Oude Kwaremont and some guys were giving out flags with all-black lions (including the claws) which we took. I just thought it was cheaper to print 1 than 2 colours but some Flandrians next to us explained they were in fact a logo of a Flandrian separatist party (Vlaams Belang) with pretty extreme right wing views.
