Is it possible for me and my partner to use the same Wahoo Roam Computer. We have our own Strava accounts. Or do we both need to have our own Wahoo computer?

Do you mean at the same time on a ride or separately?
If you both have the wahoo app and scan the roam, what happens when you both try to connect sepeatley? (switch Bluetooth off on 1 phone, then swop)
Does the roam only pair with 1 phone?
If it will pair to both phones then you should be able to.

If riding together then you can mark the other rider as present in strava.
NB I dont have a wahoo unit - To switch betwen users you will probably have to go through pairing the head unit with your own phone/wahoo account each time you switch user.
