Whats it like ? was going to do a lap tomorrow have lunch at the cafe by the dog and partridge then back out in afternoon.

Its great. Tim and Grace have a great little set up there, with loads of great food with proper huge portions. ๐Ÿ™‚

nice reasonable selection of food and drink and you can wash your bike for free too.

only problem is its kinda half way round the loop which is a bit annoying but if your there all day then thats not too bad

Do what I always do: Start the ride from the caff/pub.

Coffee & cake before, pint after! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Lunch tomorrow it is then. How close to trails is it ? easy to find ? I've only been a couple of times and always started from cocklet. Was gonna drive up at lunch then back to cocklet.

Dead easy to find - Tosside is pretty small!

You can then ride straight along the track behind the pub which leads you to the mid-point of the north/south loops, so its easy to pop round the south loop, lunch then finish off with the north loop after lunch. The guys there will give you plenty of advice. I was up there on Friday (in the monsoon), and they couldn't have been more helpful - thoroughly recommended!
