What do you use? Ideally I think I want to get some of the Shimano stuff, which weirdly I can only find on US eBay, e.g.:
Any ideas?

Personally I just strip the liner from cheap gear cable but I do have a few proper liner kits if you wanted one, or two. They include a 2 metre length of line rand the relervant cable ends.
