[Closed] cable guide - 4 cables

Hi,

I am putting an adjustable seat post on my bike and need some cable guides that will allow for four cables to run up the bottom of the frame.

At the moment I have guides that allow for three cables.

Any idea where I can get some from with standard bolt size.

I just use some small zip ties to attach it to the brake hose. Looks quite neat.
