Has anyone had any experience of buying undranded Chinese carbon components and frames, like this:
I've been trawling the feeback and really can't find anyone with a bad word to say. I'm concious, however, that these might be factory rejects with defects and the like, but it does appear to be superb value for money. It also looks top notch.
I'm looking to replace my aluminium road frame and if this stuff is pukka then I can't see a reason not to go for it. Even if it did appear to be dodgy then I could just stick it back on ebay and get most of my money back!
Thoughts? Cheers.
Absolutely no personal experiece of this - but this must be one the longest running threads ever on BR and its on this very subject (I guess you'll have seen it already).

Thanks csw, perfect. I'll read more thoroughly in due course but judging by the first couple of pages I'm sold. Looking forward to making up my own brand name and decals. Cheers.
Those threads remind me of the ones where folks convert mr2s into ferraris.
It's just an open mould frame if you want one I can get you one for less Or if you and 10 buddy's get together you can go direct to the factory
The eBay crew just order a hundred or so to get a discount (sometimes they don't even do that) anyone can do it and set up their own firm it's not hard but like I said in the first line of the post.
