as per my post 'oh bugger my foot really hurts' I've broken a bone in my foot
what if anything can I do exercise wise to keep the legs in shape and not lose to much fitness?
foot currently in plaster up to thr knee

I think the answer is 'not a lot, you can't do much whilst you've got a pot on - this is from my experience of breaking my wrist on two separate occasions....my top tip is to get yourself a limbo thingy for your leg to make showering MUCH easier - google limbo
