Thought I'd just pop a quick note on here to applaud great service.
On Monday my Dirtworker sprung a leak. Hoped it wasn't catastrophic, so took it apart and found that one of the internal hoses had split (it has been well used for 5 years). To save me searching around garden centres etc for some replacement hose, I emailed Dirtworker to ask whether they sold replacement hose.
Got an email back straight away from Gary saying that he'd pop a replacement hose, a new tank cap, a spray gun service kit and some other service bits in the post FOC.
Arrived yesterday, Dirtworker fixed.
I think that is great service.
I agree, top guys. I had some wear and tear niggles that were sorted quickly as well as an upgrade of a few bits, well worth buying from them.
