Any Midlanders got any little gems on route? Somewhere between Shrewsbury and Welshpool.
Only proper greasy spoons will suffice.

Not sure it's a proper greasy spoon but I like Dinky's Diner in Ford. Bang between Shrewsbury and Welshpool!

Theres a guy a mile or so further on, just though halfway house, in a layby on the left.
Much better than Dinky's.

Thanks, ideally looking to be at least an hour away, in order not to chuck it all over the trail.
