[Closed] Brand X Ascend- lost the cable clamp barrel part. Help!

Hi all,
I've dug out my spare Brand X Ascend for a new build (old gen with the old lever) and I've managed to lose the cable clamp barrel part (in red below).
Any idea where I can source this bit without buying the whole new lever kit?

Does the lever have a clamp or does it hold the ferrule? Ive got mine running with the ZTTO lever and just hook the gear ferrule into the post, looks bodged but works well enough.

As a bodge, strip a choccy block electrical joiner, then use the metal contact strip, may take a bit of filing, but I reckon it would work

I think you can order through Stif as UK importer, postage might be cheaper

Ive just installed a bontrager ispec lever, it was £22 and I highly recommend it.

AAlternatively you can buy my new ztto lever or hardly used brand x lever? 😉

They're £1.66 at Stif, then 66p for the grub screw if you don't have any spare.

The standard lever is a hateful thing. Buy a ZTTO or similar.

Haha, I could have typed exactly that except my BX lender is brand new.lol

Yep, the new Bonty is rather nice. The old one was too but having its own bracket it wasn't as neat.

So I have a ZTTO, mk1 Bonty and BX lever going spare now.lol

I'd say chuck it and get a better one. Crank brothers been good for me.
