I've been trying to get in touch for a week now via phone and email!

It is a bit of a unique and potentially tricky time right now.

Have you exhausted all means of finding out whatever info you need by looking at their website and/or social media?

While that is true, their lack of communication has been ongoing for a very long time. I never managed to get a response from them regarding rebooking a session that had to be cancelled (well before covid). Just had to write the money off in the end.

I'm £150 out of pocket at the moment. I'tried multiple ways of contacting them to no avail.

If this is a tricky time for them surely this is the time to up their customer service game.

Another few days of calling, emailing and messaging on social media and still no reply from Bike Park Wales.

After agreeing to postpone our original booking rather than a refund when everything started locking down I think this is pretty poor from the company. As they are up and running now they must have staff overseeing bookings etc.

That was exactly my experience. They offered to cancel and refund minus a fee (which has high but fair enough) or to re-book. I took the re-book option. They then never replied to any messages until I gave up and I wrote the money off. This was back in normal times, pre covid, so no excuse.

Was up yesterday, staff were all there working away, so not sure why they're not picking up the phone, i've actually got a booking from March that was cancelled due to one of the storms to rebook, have to say i'm not optimistic it'll be done any time soon by the sounds of it!
