Advice please.

Bought an on one tapered carbon fork by mistake (tried to flog it on here but no takers) and had it lying in the cupboard for a few months. Only discovered that it was tapered when I went to fit it a coupla weeks ago (too late to return I presume?). Can I get a headset that lets me stick it into "regular" non-tapered frame? Does this affect handling etc?

Tapered steerer won't fit in non tapered head tube. No adapters etc, it'llnever fit

If it's a 44mm integrated headtube you can use a hope external cup to make it fit IF the taper clears the inside of the headtube ok (probably will, but check).

Regular headtube? No chance.

Have you spoken to On-One, must be worth a call to see if they would swap it for you?
