Never had to change on yet but the time has come. Just wanted to confirm the size options.
if its a 73-113, 73 is the size of the frame and 113 is the overall length of the BB from end to end? And can any of these sizes differ or are they set for the bike?

Oh, any recommendation for a BB (isis fit), not to expensive?

73mm is the BB shell width (so the frame). They're usually either 73mm or 68mm.
113mm is the axle width. This is usually fixed by both frame and crank, but if it's a reasonably "standard" crank then you'd usually expect other "standard"ish cranks to be fine with the same length.
Never had much luck with ISIS, so can't recommend anything really!
