[Closed] Bottom Bracket replacement - Giant Anthem

First time replacing a BB on my Giant Anthem X29er (2014).

- I have a BB92 XT bottom bracket to fit.

1. Do you fit with just thread lock or best to use grease on the outter shell ?
2. I believe it does not require a spacer (89.5mm) or only one on the drive side, does this sound correct ? (not recieved it yet)

I have removed the old BB by knocking out with a mallet and screw driver. Any better tips for future removal. I did not mark or damage the frame, and don't want to buy the park removal tool.
