If my frame has a 73mm shell and english threads.
which one of these do i need?

yes I know its crap, but a temporary measure until I can upgrade my chainset.
Is it the 2nd one or the 5th one?
is the fist dimension the shell size and the second the spindle length?

Yes, I think you could use the 2nd or 5th. The 2nd one must come with some spacers, like what you would use on an external bearing BB.
