Cotics website shows the Bontrager Race X-lite Carbon seatpost as an extra when purchasing their MTB frames (on all but the BFe), so when I'd seen it there whilst browsing/debating to get a cotic frame (its not happened (yet) ) I'd assumed it was a MTB seatpost
On looking to buy one, on some retailers websites its listed as a roadbike seatpost [only the Aluminium cored one is listed on bontragers website]? I'm now confused somewhat as to how strong (and what the warranty will cover) they are If I buy one to use on a hardtail XC MTB supporting a big lump like me?
Any idea?
On looking a bit more, I can't find any retailer listing both the Race X-lite and Race X-lite ACC (Aluminium core) and given bontragers website only has the ACC one (in both road and mountain bike sections, are they the same thing? (race X-lite and race X-lite ACC)
