To the body armour wearers how tight do you wear yours. Just got a Troy Lee long sleeve shirt mainly for the Alps. Under the sizing I'm medium. It feels good to wear but isn't skin tight. If I twist at the waist it moves about a fair bit but needs to be comfy for all day and mainly bought for the elbow and arm protection. Will my ageing Scaredypants self survive heatstroke but die in a crash?

My 661 top almost needs to be peeled on and off. Comfy though

My 661 sub gear (so not full armour) is really difficult to get on. It takes ages, but it is so comfy once in place.

If its too big it can rub your nips, gets sore after a day.

i found that my old dainese body jacket thing would move around after initial impact. great for first hit, but not for the subsequent 2nd, 3rd and 4th hits and gravel rash as i cart wheeled down a hill

i'd say make sure it's nice and snug without feeling too restrictive (which could help cause a crash...)
