When I lived in Dunstable there was a Bmx track round the corner that was always open. So I used to take my young kids there a fair bit.
I contacted the one in Newton Abbot but it seems it's only open twice a week?

One in paignton at the parkfield youth centre which is always open and one in Exeter but that's not open all the time

Get in touch with the Pro Cycle Center bike shop in Newton Abbot town center.. They have an indoor ramp park on the premises and are affiliated with some world class riders.. They'll be able to give you the low down on everything in your area

I'd have suggested Parkfield (Paignton).
