An equilibrium of what you will accept, and a buyer will pay.

What a coincidence, I'm having a clear out whilst reading this and I have no idea how much a bmx costs either - spooky!!

Thanks all, that’s more replies than I would’ve got had the Internet hadn’t eaten the rest of the post.

It’s a GT zone 20’’ with spinney headset I got off eBay years ago.

cosmetically pretty poor, but otherwise okay, will need cables and some TLC.

Weighs a ton, but as someone who never had a big name BMX as a kid, I couldn’t resist it for mine, but they never touched it.

I'll raise the bid to 20 Benson, a packet of Monster Munch and a Curly Wurly.

Not worth much im afraid

Its not old enough or a top of the range brand/model (GT haven't been the company they were for 20+ years) to hold a decent value and its not new enough to be worth anywhere near its original price

Your prob looking around the £50 mark

Thanks escrs I thought around that. I also wanted to make sure it wasn’t some sort of classic.

Should I tart it up a bit- new tyres, cables etc or sell as a project?

Dont bother spending too much on it, £15 max really as your not going to make it back

Theres plenty of cheap bmx's out there so you may be stuck with it for a while
