Has anyone in the Midlands/Northampton area got a BMC Fourstroke 01 size large, i'm really keen to buy one but think i am between sizesand also curious to know how they feel under load climbing etc.

It would be great to get some info! Thanks

I had a medium one and really liked it, rode really well and geometry is sorted, but i sold it after only a few month as it didn't have UDH hanger so i couldn't put the new AXS drivetrain on, so i bought a santa cruz highball CC frame, which is very similar Geometry and rides as good if not better. If that helps any

I have one, but I'm in mid France. I have the large, a perfect fit. I'm 6ft with 33" inside leg and a 'mature' chap but find the more laid out reach fine. Mine has a left hand bar 'gripshift' for locking both front and rear suspension. Works well. Not much bob if seated climbing and none if you lock it obviously.

Thanks Dave, mid France bugger bit to far! I'm only 5'9 but have 31" leg and long arms, my major concern is climbing i hate overly active bike that sink under your weight or the opposite extend with every pedal stroke.
Thanks

We've a 2012 Fourstroke FS03 in the garage - got it for the Mrs from a 'short' mate. I'm only 5-9 but the XS is too small for me. It's a cracking bike, very light still in alloy format.
