No, but it looks pretty good for a third the price of the Avid kit.

I bought one (different seller but same thing/ price)

Worked a treat on my Juicy 3. Just followed the instructions

This here did my 3's and 7's and also Forula Oros. No oil / fluid but top quality and from a reputable source etc.

I've just noticed it says it doesnt work with 3's but mine are just fine!?

##Edit - just to add that rutland photo doesnt show that it comes with 2 syringes and different adapters in the box.

Looks identical to my avid version. Maybe wouldn't use the dot fluid just in case tho. ...

I got that kit, though the version without the fluid (not that I'd any reason to doubt it, I just had enough already). Works very well.

I bought from this bloke here

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Avid-Juicy-3-4-5-7-Elixir-Code-brake-Bleed-Kit-DOT-5-1-/170617961196?pt=UK_Spots_Leisure_Cycling_Tools_RepairKits&hash=item27b99f7aec

I noticed that his syringes have the red screw in fitting to the adaptor which the official Avid kits do and thought I'd opt for that. Not used it yet but the syringes are indistinguishable from the real thing.

watch out guys i bought a similar kit with oil and managed to snap the screw fittings off of both syringes! It might just be down to being too heavy handed! just don't be too agressive with them!
